Step preview

  1. Add the condensed milk, After Eights, white chocolate, dark chocolate, butter and a pinch of salt to a microwave-safe bowl
  2. Microwave on High for 45 seconds
  3. Mix well
  4. Microwave on high for a further 30 seconds if needed
  5. Using a hand whisk, whisk here until everything is melted together, thick and glossy
  6. Line a small square/rectangle dish with some parchment paper
  7. Add the fudge to the dish and using a spatula spread the fudge evenly
  8. Add some chopped After Eights to the top of the fudge
  9. Cover and place in the fridge overnight
  10. Lift the fudge out of the dish and cut the fudge into bite size cubes
  11. Place the cut fudge back in the fridge until ready to use
  12. If giving these as a gift add the fudge to a gift box with some festive paper or add to a small bag and tie with a ribbon
