Step preview

  1. To a microwave-safe dish add the onions, chorizo and a pinch of salt
  2. Microwave on High for 2 mins
  3. Add the smoked paprika and chipotle to the soften onions and chorizo
  4. Mix to combine
  5. Add in the cod chunks, drained chickpeas and mix with the spices,onion and chorizo
  6. Pour the tomatoes over the fish, mix well
  7. Microwave on Medium (600w) for 8 mins
  8. Mix well and microwave on Medium (600w) for a further 2 mins
  9. Serve hot
