Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Add ginger, lemongrass stalk, garlic clove, lime juice, spring onion, coriander, kale and sesame oil to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Pulse - medium speed
  4. Combine a clean large mixing bowl gently
  5. Scoop into balls
  6. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
  7. Bake - 20 min, 170°C
  8. Serve
