Silky eggs made in the microwave in under 5 mins

Step preview

  1. To a deep microwave safe bowl add eggs, water and salt
  2. Whisk together for 30 seconds with a balloon whisk
  3. Remove the bubbles from the egg mixtures with a spoon
  4. Place a microwave safe plate on top of the bowl
  5. Microwave on Med-Low for 4.5 mins or until just set
  6. Let sit for 2 mins before removing the plate
  7. Season with some soysauce and sprinkle with scallions
