Sweet-hot, sticky baked chicken wings are so much better when they're homemade! Sriracha chile sauce adds a fiery kick.

- Pineapple juice
- 120 g

- Soy sauce
- 70 g

- Honey

- Salted butter
- 4 tablespoons

- Fresh garlic

- Sesame seeds

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 221°C
- Add chicken wings, olive oil, salt and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
- Toss together until combined
- Transfer chicken to baking sheet
- Bake until crispy - 45 min, 221°C
- Add sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, pineapple juice, soy sauce and honey to a clean small bowl then set aside
- Add salted butter, fresh garlic and ginger to a clean saucepan
- Sauté - 2 min, medium heat
- Transfer mixture to sauce
- Simmer until thick - 20 min
- Drain chicken with paper towels
- Cover chicken with sauce
- Bake baking sheet - 5 min, 221°C
- Brush content of baking sheet with sauce
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Garnish with spring onion
