Use red cabbage and onion skins to make these natural blue and orange-yellow dyes. Soak for 30 minutes for pale pastels up to a few hours for darker colours.

  2. Boil - 30 min
  3. Strain with sieve and set aside

  7. Add egg to a clean stockpot
  8. Cover with water
  9. Heat until boiling
  10. Simmer - 12 min
  11. Rinse with sieve until cool
  12. Transfer eggs to large saucepan carefully
  13. Set aside in fridge - 30 min
  14. Remove stockpot
