- Romaine lettuce hearts

- Avocado
- 200 g

- Paprika
- 1 tablespoon

- Salt
- 2 teaspoons

- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon

- Cayenne pepper

- Peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon

- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons

- Tomato salsa
- 200 g

Large mixing bowl

Step preview
- Add cod fillet to a clean large mixing bowl
- Season with paprika, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper
- Toss gently until coated
- Add peanut oil to a clean frying pan
- Heat - medium heat
- Transfer fish to frying pan
- Cook until just cooked - approx 3 min, medium heat
- Drizzle with lime juice
- Assemble flour tortilla with a clean serving plate
- Add romaine lettuce hearts to the tortillas
- Add content of frying pan to tortillas
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve immediately
- Serve with avocado and tomato salsa
