Step preview

  1. Pre-heat in grill - high heat
  2. Cover with plastic wrap
  3. Flatten until 1 cm thick
  4. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  5. Mix parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs into a clean small bowl
  6. Dip the chicken into egg mixture and then breadcrumbs
  7. Chill a clean plate in fridge
  8. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  9. Add garlic clove to the frying pan
  10. Cook quickly - 10 sec, medium-high heat
  11. Add tomato passata and caster sugar to the frying pan
  12. Simmer until thickened - approx 7 min, medium-low heat
  13. Add dried oregano to the frying pan
  14. Prepare a clean baking sheet
  15. Broil each side in grill until light golden - 5 min
  16. Prepare a clean baking dish
  17. Add mozzarella cheese to the baking dish
  18. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  19. Broil in grill until melted - 3 min
  20. Serve
