- Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, lemon and scallion to a clean medium bowl
- Mix with tablespoon then set aside
- Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
- Cook until al dente - 8 min, medium-high heat
- Add asparagus, green beans and peas to the large saucepan
- Cook - 3 min, medium-high heat
- Prepare a clean large serving bowl
- Set aside until cool
- Add mozzarella cheese, watercress, fresh parsley, fresh chives and fresh basil leaves to the large serving bowl
- Let rest salt & pepper to the dressing
- Serve
