This flavorful honey marinade is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. For extra tender chicken, marinate the chicken in the fridge overnight before baking. Serve with fries and a light salad.

Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast to a clean cutting board
  2. Slice lengthwise
  3. Transfer content of cutting board to baking dish
  4. Add mango chutney, honey, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, red tabasco, red wine vinegar and wholegrain mustard to a clean medium bowl
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Mix until well combined
  7. Transfer chicken
  8. Toss until well combined
  9. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  10. Bake until crispy - approx 20 min, 220°C
  11. Remove and Let Cool
  12. Serve immediately
