- 430 g

- Tinned chickpeas
- 360 g

- Mozzarella cheese
- 265 g

- Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon

- 1 teaspoon

- Panko breadcrumbs
- 70 g

- Fresh parsley

- 250 ml

- Add onion, egg, tinned black beans, tinned chickpeas, chilli powder and salt to a clean food processor bowl
- Pulse until combined
- Transfer the rest of content of food processor bowl to large mixing bowl
- Add panko breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley to the large mixing bowl
- Fold until combined
- Split into eighths then set aside
- Add frying oil to a clean frying pan
- Heat - medium-high heat
- Transfer half of content of large mixing bowl to frying pan
- Panfry until browned then set aside - approx 10 min, medium-high heat
- Transfer the rest of content of large mixing bowl to frying pan
- Panfry until browned then set aside - approx 10 min, medium-high heat
- Serve
