Step preview

  1. Add a clean large saucepan - medium-high heat
  2. Cook until al dente - 5 min, medium-high heat
  3. Drain and return to the pan to keep warm
  4. Add lemongrass stalk, fresh chilli, lime, lime, coriander, fresh basil leaves, ginger, garlic clove and peanuts to a clean food processor bowl
  5. Blend until mixture comes together - medium speed
  6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula from time to time
  7. Add while machine is running - medium speed
  8. Stir sauce into noodles and combine together
  9. Transfer content of large saucepan to 4 large serving bowls
  10. Garnish with lime
  11. Serve immediately
