Step preview

  1. Add onion, garlic clove, ginger, ground turmeric, ground cloves, chilli flakes, ground cinnamon, curry paste, lemon juice and sugar to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Blend into a fine paste - medium speed
  3. Add turkey breast to a clean medium bowl
  4. Mix then set aside
  5. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  6. Add - medium heat
  7. Drain with paper towels
  8. Fry gently - 5 min, medium heat
  9. Fry until softened - 5 min, medium heat
  10. Drain with paper towels
  11. Heat - medium heat
  12. Fry gently while stirring occasionally - 5 min, medium heat
  13. Add bay leaves, basmati rice and chicken stock to the frying pan
  14. Simmer until tender to simmer - 12 min, medium-low heat
  15. Stir nigella seeds into the frying pan
  16. Add cauliflower and heat through, garnish with the crispy onions
  17. Season with salt & pepper
  18. Garnish with almonds
  19. Serve immediately
