Step preview

  1. Mix a clean small bowl with teaspoon
  2. Add chicken breast
  3. Let rest a clean cutting board - 30 min
  4. Add lemongrass stalk to a clean work surface
  5. Add peanuts to a clean food processor bowl
  6. Grind until fine - medium speed
  7. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  8. Add long grain rice to the frying pan
  9. Toast until golden brown - medium heat
  10. Transfer food processor bowl
  11. Grind until fine - medium speed
  12. Heat frying pan - medium heat
  13. Fry - medium heat
  14. Transfer
  15. Add garlic clove, ginger, paprika and fresh chilli to the frying pan
  16. Transfer
  17. Add fish sauce and water to the frying pan
  18. Boil to simmer - medium-low heat
  19. Transfer content of food processor bowl to small bowl
  20. Mix
  21. Transfer content of small bowl to frying pan
  22. Simmer until cooked through - 15 min, medium-low heat
  23. Stir noodles into the frying pan
  24. Heat - 1 min, medium-low heat
  25. Add egg, coriander and spring onion
