These tasty chicken kebabs are delicious grilled or barbecued and stuffed into warmed pita bread with hummus. Using lemongrass stalks as the skewers adds even more flavour and makes for a nice presentation.

  1. Add chicken thighs, caster sugar, soy sauce, ginger, fresh chilli, sesame oil, lime and garlic clove to a clean baking dish
  2. Marinate in fridge - 1 hr
  3. Add lemongrass stalk to a clean work surface
  4. Peel
  5. Cut
  6. Arrange skewer in baking dish
  7. Cook - approx 4 min, high heat
  8. Brush
  9. Flip
  10. Cook - approx 4 min, high heat
  11. Serve
