Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil - high heat
  3. Add linguine to the pasta
  4. Cook until al dente - medium-high heat
  5. Drain then set aside
  6. Heat a clean frying pan - high heat
  7. Add king prawn, garlic clove, lemon, fresh chilli and salt to the frying pan
  8. Cook until just cooked - 2 min, high heat
  9. Add courgette and unsalted butter to the frying pan
  10. Season with salt
  11. Cook - 30 sec, high heat
  12. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  13. Toss until well combined
