Step preview

  1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Season with salt generously
  4. Add linguine to the large saucepan
  5. Cook until al dente
  6. Add butter and olive oil to a clean frying pan
  7. Melt in frying pan - medium heat
  8. Add garlic clove, spring onion and fresh chilli to the frying pan
  9. Cook in frying pan while stirring occasionally - 3 min, medium heat
  10. Add king prawn to the frying pan
  11. Cook in frying pan until cooked through - 4 min, high heat
  12. Stir in lemon juice and coriander to the frying pan and turn off heat
  13. Drain large saucepan
  14. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  15. Season with salt & pepper well
  16. Toss well until well combined
  17. Garnish with coriander
  18. Serve
