Large saucepan
Step preview
- Melt a clean large saucepan - medium-low heat
- Fry gently until softened - 3 min, medium-low heat
- Add - medium heat
- simmer until simmering and cover - 10 min, medium-high heat
- Add bay leaves, french beans and courgette to the large saucepan
- Cook until softened while stirring occasionally - 2 min, medium-low heat
- Add smoked haddock, mixed seafood, single cream and fresh parsley to the large saucepan
- Cook gently until just cooked - 5 min, medium-low heat
- Add single cream and salt & pepper to the large saucepan
