Step preview

  1. Arrange whole chicken in a clean baking dish
  2. Crush garlic clove a clean small bowl
  3. Add runny honey, lemon and fresh chilli to the mixture
  4. Pour mixture into chicken
  5. Add lemon peel to the chicken
  6. Marinate in fridge - 2 hr
  7. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  8. Scatter garlic clove over the chicken
  9. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 200°C
  10. Stir in fresh parsley to the chicken
  11. Season with salt & pepper
  12. Serve immediately
