Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, dark brown sugar, dark soy sauce and clementine juice to the TM bowl
  2. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 10
  3. Pour over the prawns and allow to marinate for 2 hours
  4. Brush BBQ or flat grill plate with oil and heat on a medium heat until just smoking
  5. Thread prawns onto each wooden or metal skewer and grill until cooked through
  6. Grill a couple of mandarin halves cut side down and serve on the side
  7. Garnish with cilantro
  8. Serve immediately
