Step preview
- Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
- Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
- Set aside
- Add scallion, garlic clove, ginger and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
- Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
- Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
- Chop again if any large pieces remain - 3 sec, speed 7
- Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
- Add ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
- Sauté for 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
- Then add carrot, celery stalk, chicken stock and water to the TM5 bowl
- Cook for 15 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
- Then add chicken thighs to the TM5 bowl
- Cook for 7 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
- Add courgette to the clean large serving bowls
- Pour hot soup over zoodles, sprinkle with parsley and serve
