Flaky pie crust is seriously the best dessert invention ever. No sugar, buttery, feather light. It is really the way to go for most of my pies!

Step preview

  1. Add butter, coconut oil, all purpose flour, salt and apple cider vinegar to the TM bowl
  2. Mix - 10 sec, speed 6
  3. Add water through the hole in the lid as you continue to mix 5 seconds, speed 7
  4. Remove pastry and bring together on a lightly floured silicone mat
  5. Wrap with plastic wrap
  6. Chill in fridge for at lease 20 minutes before using
