Step preview

  1. Gently toast pinenuts in a dry pan until toasted and golden
  2. Set aside
  3. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  4. Blitz with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  5. Then add garlic clove and fresh basil leaves to the TM5 bowl
  6. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  7. Transfer content of frying pan to TM5 bowl
  8. Mix - approx 30 sec, speed 4
  9. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil while machine is running
  10. Add salt and lemon juice, zest to taste
  11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
