Step preview

  1. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Add minced beef, onion and tinned chopped tomatoes to the slow cooker bowl
  3. Stir curry paste, green chilli, cumin seeds, creamed coconut, ginger and garlic clove into the slow cooker bowl
  4. Stir beef stock into the slow cooker bowl and cover
  5. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  6. Cook in slow cooker while stirring occasionally - 9 hr, low heat
  7. Mix in frozen peas to the slow cooker bowl
  8. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  9. Serve
  10. Sprinkle with coriander and green chilli
