Step preview

  1. Heat olive oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  2. Add onion to the medium cast iron skillet
  3. Fry until light golden - 5 min
  4. Stir in garlic clove, red bell pepper, smoked paprika and fresh chilli to the medium cast iron skillet
  5. Cook - 2 min
  6. Mix in tinned chopped tomatoes to the medium cast iron skillet
  7. Mix in fish stock to the medium cast iron skillet
  8. Season with salt & pepper
  9. Boil
  10. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl
  11. Add tinned tuna to the slow cooker bowl
  12. Cover
  13. Cook in slow cooker - 4 hr 30 min, low heat
  14. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  15. Boil
  16. Add spaghetti to the large saucepan
  17. Cook until tender - 8 min
  18. Drain
  19. Add pasta to slow cooker bowl
  20. Stir
  21. Serve
  22. Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves
