Step preview

  1. Add dried apricots, peach, superfine sugar and water to a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Stir until combined and cover
  3. Cook in slow cooker until syrupy while stirring occasionally - 4 hr, high heat
  4. Pre-heat oven - 140°C
  5. Warm 3 clean jars - 5 min
  6. Transfer jam to 3 jars
  7. Cover tightly and let cool
  8. Store in fridge
