Step preview

  1. Add tomato, onion, cooking apple, red bell pepper, granulated sugar, malt vinegar, fresh chilli, allspice, cinnamon stick, garlic clove and golden raisins to a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Season with salt and black pepper
  3. Mix together and cover
  4. Cook until thick while stirring occasionally - 6 hr
  5. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  6. Bake 5 clean jars until warm and let cool - 15 min, 200°C
  7. Transfer chutney to 5 jars
  8. Let cool
  9. Store in fridge
