Step preview

  1. Add almonds to the TM bowl
  2. Chop with MC on - 4 sec, speed 7
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Add coconut cream, pink Himalayan salt flakes, vanilla bean paste and ground cinnamon
  5. Cook - 16 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  6. Let rest until thickened
  7. Serve with mango, raspberries, blueberries and coconut cream
  8. Drizzle with honey
  9. Top with pistacchios
