Step preview

  1. Pour pink salt flakes onto a plate
  2. Cut 1 lime in half and rub around the rim of the glasses, then dip the glasses into the salt
  3. Refrigerate in fridge - 5 min
  4. Add caster sugar to the TM5 bowl
  5. Blitz with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Then add ice, silver tequila, cointreau, lime juice and 2 drops of lime essential oil (optionally) to the TM5 bowl
  7. Blend with MC in place 30 sec, speed 10
  8. Immediately pour into chilled glasses and serve with slice of lime
