Step preview

  1. Add white chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  2. Cook for 35 min, Varoma, speed 1
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Pour onto silicone baking mat
  5. Add dried cranberries and pistacchios to the mixture and press down
  6. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt flakes and ground cinnamon
  7. Set completely at room temperature…this will take several hours
