- 500 g

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 50°C
- Add butter to a clean frying pan
- Heat in frying pan until melted
- Add fresh sage to the frying pan
- Fry in frying pan until crispy
- Add salmon fillet to the frying pan
- Fry one by one in frying pan until crispy - approx 2 min
- Keep dish warm in the oven
- Add sea salt and water to a clean large saucepan and bring to a boil
- Add pasta to the large saucepan
- Cook until al dente
- Serve sauce and salmon over the cooked pasta
- Serve
- Garnish with lemon and parmesan cheese
