This pasta is seriously quick and easy, but amazingly tasty. Ham, asparagus and parmesan. Total match made in food heaven.

Step preview

  1. Cook a clean large saucepan - 8 min, medium heat
  2. Add asparagus to the large saucepan
  3. Drain
  4. Return the saucepan to the stove over medium heat
  5. Stir sliced ham, baby spinach, frozen peas and olive oil into the large saucepan
  6. Stir gently until wilted - 2 min, medium heat
  7. Season with salt & pepper
  8. Top the clean medium bowls with parmesan cheese
