Step preview

  1. Broil in grill - high heat
  2. Add butter to a clean large saucepan
  3. Heat - medium heat
  4. Add plain flour, garlic clove and chilli flakes to the large saucepan
  5. Stir until thickened
  6. Reduce completely - low heat
  7. Stir until thickened - 4 min, medium heat
  8. Add brown mushrooms and baby spinach to the large saucepan
  9. Stir until wilted then reduce heat - medium-low heat
  10. Add gnocchi to a clean baking dish
  11. Pour
  12. Stir until combined
  13. Top with mozzarella cheese
  14. Broil in grill until melted - 5 min, high heat
  15. Divide 4 clean plates
  16. Add mixed green salad to the plates
  17. Serve
