Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast and bell pepper to a clean cutting board
  2. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, chili powder and salt & pepper to a clean small bowl. Mix with tablespoon until thick
  3. Transfer sauce to 2 small bowls
  4. Place chicken in one bowl of mixed spices and peppers into the other bowl of mixed spices and coat with mixture
  5. Transfer contents of cutting board to wire rack
  6. Add Oaxaca Cheese to the chicken
  7. Cook - 10 min, Combination 1
  8. Serve
