Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove and fresh beetroot to the TM5 bowl
  2. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 6
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Add tinned chickpeas, tahini, salt, black pepper, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika and water to the TM5 bowl
  5. Secure the Thermomix lid
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice through the lid
  7. Blend for 20 sec, speed 4 with MC in place
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Blend 20 sec, speed 4 with MC in place
  10. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  11. Serve
