Step preview

  1. Add raw cashews and sunflower seeds to the TM5 bowl
  2. Blitz - 6 sec, speed 7
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Add shredded coconut, vanilla bean paste, vanilla bean, medjool dates, protein powder, goji berries, chia seeds, coconut oil and cacao powder to the TM5 bowl
  5. Blend - 1 min, speed 5
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add water to the TM5 bowl gradually while blending until fudge-like consistency
  8. Roll into small balls
  9. Roll in remaining coconut
  10. Store in fridge or freezer
