Try these healthy low-carb hash browns with spinach and mushrooms as a delicious breakfast. They also work well with poached eggs, mustard mayo, pesto, guacamole or smashed avocado and edamame.

Step preview

  1. Add cauliflower and scallion to the TM5 bowl
  2. Chop with MC in place - approx 5 sec, reverse speed 5
  3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  4. Add salt, black pepper, egg, nutritional yeast and tapioca flour to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 10 sec, reverse speed 3
  6. Add rice bran oil to a clean frying pan
  7. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  8. Spoon content of TM5 bowl into frying pan
  9. Cook in frying pan until crispy - approx 4 min
  10. Add mushrooms to the frying pan
  11. Cook in frying pan - approx 3 min
  12. Add baby spinach to the frying pan
  13. Sauté in frying pan - approx 2 min
  14. Divide hashbrowns and sautéed mushrooms and spinach between 4 plates
  15. Top with avocado
