Step preview
- Add water and pink Himalayan salt flakes to a clean saucepan
- Boil the water
- Cook pasta as per packet directions
- Drain and place into large mixing bowl
- Add fresh basil leaves, fresh parsley, garlic clove, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
- Blend with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 10
- Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
- Pour over pasta
- Add grape tomato, kalamata olives, red bell pepper, capers, anchovies, tinned tuna and parmesan cheese to the large mixing bowl
- Toss gently until combined
- Serve
