Step preview

  1. Add water and pink Himalayan salt flakes to a clean saucepan
  2. Boil the water
  3. Cook pasta as per packet directions
  4. Drain and place into large mixing bowl
  5. Add fresh basil leaves, fresh parsley, garlic clove, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Blend with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Pour over pasta
  9. Add grape tomato, kalamata olives, red bell pepper, capers, anchovies, tinned tuna and parmesan cheese to the large mixing bowl
  10. Toss gently until combined
  11. Serve
