In this surprisingly simple recipe, the easiest vanilla ice cream you'll ever make is the perfect backdrop to showcase a bright sweet-tart ribbon of mango... and believe it or not, there's no complicated custards or churning required!

  1. Add whipping cream to a clean medium bowl
  2. Whip a clean medium bowl until soft peaks form - medium-low speed
  3. Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk to the cream and fold in
  4. Whisk until stiff - medium speed
  5. Transfer half of cream to medium bowl
  6. Add mango to the cream
  7. Transfer the rest
  8. Freeze - 4 hr
