  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl

  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add unsalted butter, garlic clove and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 180°C, speed 2
  12. Then add beef stock and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 2
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with fresh chives
