Step preview
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add water and sweet potato to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 94°C, speed 3
- Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add avocado, ground almonds, polenta, egg, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, black pepper, milk and feta cheese to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Transfer two thirds of sweet potatoes to kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
- Pre-heat oven - 170°C
- Grease a clean muffin pan
- Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan evenly
- Add sweet potatoes to muffin pan
- Add feta cheese and pumpkin seeds to the muffin pan evenly
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake - 30 min
- Let cool on round wire rack
- Serve
