Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment

  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl

  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add salt to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 90°C, speed 2
  11. Then add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  13. Then add caster sugar and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 95°C, speed 3
  15. Serve
