Step preview

  1. Add milk and bread slices to a clean medium bowl
  2. Soak - 10 min
  3. Drain content of medium bowl into sieve
  4. Squeeze and remove excess liquid
  5. Set aside
  6. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  7. Add chicken breast and cooked ham to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  11. Then add breadcrumbs, egg, ground nutmeg and parmesan cheese to the kCook bowl
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  14. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  15. Transfer meatballs to baking sheet
  16. Cover with plastic wrap
  17. Chill in fridge and continue
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Heat with filler cap fitted - 110°C, speed 3
  24. Then add onion to the kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 98°C, speed 3
  26. Remove lid
  27. Transfer meatballs to kCook bowl carefully
  28. Replace lid
  29. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 90°C
  30. Then add dry white wine to the kCook bowl
  31. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 120°C
  32. Add chicken stock, rice flour and salt to a clean jug
  33. Stir with tablespoon until well combined
  34. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  35. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 120°C
  36. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 92°C
  37. Serve
