This 90-second keto bread is here to rescue you from sandwich cravings. Simply pour the batter in a square or rectangular microwaveable lunchbox and slice as needed. This recipe makes enough for two slices, for one keto sandwich. The texture after microwaving is light and airy, we recommend toasting it or frying it in butter for flavor.

Step preview

  1. Add almond flour, coconut flour and bicarbonate of soda to a clean medium bowl
  2. Pour olive oil, egg, water, salt and paprika into the medium bowl
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Let rest - 10 min
  5. Spray cooking spray onto a clean ceramic baking dish
  6. Pour
  7. Heat until cooked through - 1 min 30 sec, high heat
  8. Remove from the microwave and loosen the sides of the bread using a sharp knife

  10. Slice in half to form a triangle shape
  11. Toast on medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes depending on how you like your bread
  12. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy straight away as a toast or sandwich
