Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, milk and quick-rise yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add bread flour, plain yogurt, salt and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 10
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  10. Divide with dough scraper
  11. Shape into balls
  12. stretch out into a circle
  13. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  14. Cover with kitchen towel
  15. Prove until doubled - approx 1 hr
  16. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  17. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 200°C
  18. Transfer onto cooling rack
  19. Brush with salted butter
  20. Let cool onto cooling rack
  21. Serve
