The preparation is simple, but it takes a little time and patience to give the dough time to prove to give it the right strength and consistency. Long proving dough makes an easily digestible pizza, also adding taste, aroma and lightness. To use, roll out each dough ball on a semolina floured surface and top with your favourite sauce and toppings. Bake each pizza separately at 250°C for approx. 7 minutes each.
