Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
- Remove lid
- Add chicken breast to the kCook bowl
- Replace lid
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 160°C, speed 4
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add garlic clove, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt & pepper, lime zest and jalapeño pepper to the kCook bowl
- Cook a clean large serving bowl - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Slice red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
- Cook - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
- Add flour tortillas, chicken, vegetables and sprinkle with cheese
- Serve
