  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add quinoa and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 12 min, 98°C, speed 3
  6. Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Return content of sieve to kCook bowl
  11. Add red onion, grapefruit and avocado to the kCook bowl
  12. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and olive oil to a clean medium bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Pour dressing into kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  17. Serve
