Step preview

  1. Add black pepper and all purpose flour to a clean pie dish and mix
  2. Add egg, lime juice and water to a clean pie dish
  3. Beat lightly to combine eggs and lime juice
  4. Add panko breadcrumbs, chili lime seasoning and chili powder to a clean pie dish
  5. Add avocado to a clean cutting board
  6. Cut into 8 wedges each
  7. Dredge avocado wedges in flour, shaking off excess. Then, dip in egg and lime mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, dredge in panko and chili mixture, pressing to adhere
  8. Coat avocado slices well with cooking spray
  9. Transfer avocado slices to Airfry Basket
  10. Place enamel tray in the oven, followed by the wire rack. Then, place Airfry basket on top of the wire rack
  11. Air fry - 12 min
  12. Sprinkle with kosher salt
  13. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
