Step preview

  1. Place nuts on a lined tray
  2. Bake in a cold oven set to 200°C for ten minutes
  3. Place hot nuts into thermomix bowl with coffee, salt and vanilla
  4. Blend with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 6
  5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  6. Add chocolate chips
  7. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Scrape into a jar and cool completely
